Good Bitches Baking (GBB) takes special care of the personal information that it manages in its day to day operations.

- Manage volunteers and staff
- Operate and administer our charity
- Sell products
We collect the contact details of all our volunteers so that we can prepare rosters and communicate for deliveries. We also use contact details to send out organisational updates and other necessary information.
If we ask for your personal information to communicate with us for marketing, volunteering or administration, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, credit card number and email address. This information is used to verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase.
Your data is stored on our online e-commerce platform, on a secure server behind a firewall.
Sharing your information
We will never sell or abuse your information.
We will only disclose your personal information outside of GBB if we are required by law to do so or if you specifically authorise us to do so.
Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to make sure it is not lost, misused, or inappropriately accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Administrative information is stored in secure online documents. We have a policy in place to protect the safety of our data and the security of all online documents and accounts.
We destroy any personal information once it is no longer needed.
Using this website
This site generates persistent session cookies (that is, they have an expiry date and are removed on that date) for the purpose of monitoring site usage. The cookies do not collect personal information. Most web browsers will allow you to set some control over cookies in your browser settings.
