Our Baking it Better programme is designed to do just that - make someone’s tough time a little bit better through the tried and true mechanism of baking. It won’t fix anyone’s world but we hear all the time that it makes a real difference.
Collaborative bitching
Now we’ve been in operation for a few years, we’re starting to understand the different layers of kindness and it’s becoming increasingly important to us that we make it easy for organisations and people to close the circle of kindness. This is a neat concept a good friend of ours came up with and we interpret it as enabling people who are usually ‘receivers’ of kindness to become ‘givers’ of kindness.
One of the ways we’re doing this is with our Collaborative Bitches. These are groups, classes or organisations that have joined our roster in the same way as our regular Good Bitches so they can get in on spreading some kindness too.
